A part of me thinks that it is OK for GTA V to feature T&A, but the majority of me thinks and is pretty sure it won't work because as it stands, the Grand Theft Auto franchise gets ripped apart by the media for what it already has. Imagine what they would do if they featured T &A on purpose for everyone to see... It would be insane.

Its too bad that the media wants to tear apart GTA so bad... there are way worse things happening in the world, but no, lets talk about how a 9 year old kid grabbed the keys to his moms car and drove it like a maniac and blame it on Grand Theft Auto!!!!

I dont understand how people still can be offended by the Hot Coffee incident which was 4-5 years ago or even a pair of tits in a friggin computer game.

Even God of War 3 has a "Hot Coffee" like mini-game and bare boobs

yeah but lots of M rated games show tits. GTA shouldn't be a special case.

The ONLY reason that SA got rerated was that they didn't disclose the hidden code beforehand, so the ESRB used SA as an example and rerated it. They did the same to TES Oblivion when the naked boob textures were found in the code.

Hot Coffee was a scandal because content was discovered on the disc that had not being disclosed to the ratings board. As long as all relevant content is disclosed and described in the rating there's no scandal.
