The Regina spawns sometimes when you drive a Perennial or sometimes a Blista Compact

I usually find Reginas and other old cars in Little Havana and Little Haiti, but since the Regina is not on any Sunshine Autos lists, the car is not worth the time because its top speed is quite crap.(The handling is great, though.)

Also, you can look around Prawn Island and Downtown. I always find old cars like the Regina, Idaho, Virgo, and Stallion around there.
