Whats sad (no fanboy talk intended) is that Spyro The Dragon and Crash will become Xbox Exclusives. Spyro has been on Playstation and Nintendo Consoles for a long time, same as crash. It would be sad if these series become exclusive to just 1 console.

Oh sh*t. Let's hope the deal doesn't go through. I was reading last night that Vivendi was looking to sell their assets as of June '12. Well, on the bright side, at least Call of Duty would stay Xbox exclusive.

I can't view the page right now (damn you hotel wifi), but I thought they wanted to buy shares. Even if they'd buy 60% - 70% the other 30% - 40% procent and activision itself wouldn't agree. I think they'll just make xbox exclusive content (map packs, beta's and earlier release).

You know that both Spyro and Crash were exclusive to Playstation for most of their existence, right?

Ha,one of related news is EAs attempt to buy T2 back in 2008,and we all know how that ended.
Well Time Warner is also interested so we will see how is that end.And considering that Activision only releasing COD these days which become quite rubbish,it wont be so much loss. Also it would be fun considering that Bungie sign 10 year contract with Activision so they could go multiplatform,and now they have to become Xbox exclusive company again.

So we'll lose a game that hasn't changed it's formula in 5 years! A game that couldn't appeal more to the masses if it tried. Hopefully with COD gone gaming on the play station will become interesting again? More heavy rains, LA. noire's, skyrims, Batmans, castlevania's valkyria chronicles, lBP, borderlands, dead spaces's, demon souls please??

Microsoft would shoot themselves in the foot if they were to make CoD exclusive on their console. They would also shoot themselves in the other foot if they tried to interfere in any way with the way Blizzard works.

I want to see Microsoft in a wheelchair though.

Thank God. I hate both companies so it's really refreshing to see them working with each other, i hope to god CoD will be a 360 exclusive so all those stupid kids will f*ck off to Xbox Live, i don't give a flying f*ck about the franchise anyway

Don't worry, microsoft won't care to make a new crash game anyways, they will just milk CoD to death until people get bored of it. which already happend seeing the very low pre-order numbers for Black Ops II (lower than BO1/MW2/MW3, 4th place in the chart behind Halo 4, AC3, Borderlands 2)

Only thing im worried about is spyro and crash. Watch them let rare make the 2 game series, and they will be milked to death. As of this moment spyro looks nothing like a dragon. He looks like a lizard. And as of this moment, Skylanders 2:Giants is nothing to do with spyro really but its in his series. Crash hasent had a game in a long time now, but it wont ever get a good game again anyways. The last good crash was crash team racing. Same as spyro. The last good spyro was spyro 3.
