i was in a deathmatch with vicecity_69 and i was winning then he uses the rpg *face palm* that kind of pissed me off

Now he is telling me that there was nothing like this explained in the topic, it's common sense not to use an rpg in a 1v1 deathmatch...

there was no need to rage quit monkey, i was just following the rules and i only had a pistol and had to grab the rocket.

Ok so first off i played my 1/4 final DM with COOLMAN yesterday before racing league; won 25:21, it was a good tight game.

About extending places to 16, sorry aj, but i barely found 8 for this, no way i can get 16 people.
There will be more DM tours on IV after this one's over(hence the hall of fame, the whole seedings thing, etc).
You (and everyone else) can hurry up and sign up for the Lad DM tournament here until the next one on IV: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=513727 Still 3 places left there, and it's almost identical as this event, so if you want i suggest to sign up there.

Also it's not the way this works Cake. He'd be seeded, and i'd have to re-draw the whole thing again, which means different matches/dates, etc, it wouldn't be, just replace him with him. Plus 2 matches are done already. He can join the LaD one, or wait for the next IV one which will be soon and hurry up, and properly post so i know whether he's serious or not.

As for nic_23 vs EasternMonkey, well, it's not a rockets only match, but it's not pistols/guns only either.
Weapons are all, you can just drive away to the nearest rocket or M4 spawn to avoid rockets if you only have a pistol or so, and return back and kill your guy. Me and coolman had a DM and we used all weapons we got our hands on, including bombs, snipers, and rockets for about 3-4 kills each, and it was quite fun.

So um, what was the score when Eastern quit, nic?

he was winning with 200 and i had 100 and i shot him with a rocket and he quit and sent a message which is fair enough. i want to do the full game against him.

using a rocket on a tight situation is different from abusing it on every occasion.

The way I see it, Easternmonkey should be cut off for quitting for no reason.
