 Too shiny, help me

Hi can someone tell me how to fix our car tuning parts being to shiny?
specular light is 60,env;2 same as main car model but thing is that tuning parts are too shiny...

Using zmod2? If so, try: "Surface"->"Normals""->"Calculate" and click on the object

lol i remember this problem.. it annoyed me and drove me crazy for months!
in zmodeler, the solution is to add "_shiny" to the object names, so you would have:
rbmp_a_st.dff (dummy)
> Group01 (dummy)
  • rbmp_a_st_shiny
  • rbmp_a_st_shiny_dam

im not sure about using this for other software, but it works fine in zmodeler smile.gif

you may need to darken the alpha channel in your normal map if you have one.
