Hmmm, I'm looking at it now, it is definitely C____ P____ S____, but I can't read the lower case letters. It appears to say something like Cockney's Private Salver or something along those lines. I'm really not too sure though. Might have to write to Rockstar!

Yeah I've noticed the writing on the APC turret as well, it's unreadable unfortunately.
Here's an image of it from the .wtd file but again it's too small to see what it says.

Alright, I tried to read it in-game, and I couldnt see sh*t. Maybe rockstar intended it to be unreadable?
