So i am interested in a GTA IV GRAHPICS MOD like Icenhancer 2.0 or the mod with Carrythxd uses in his videos on youtube, i wondered if i could max the game at 1080p with the grahpical mods. The CPU is i5 2500k which should be AT LEAST 4.4-4.5GHz or a i7 2600k at 4.4GHzs o how will it run? I may also overclock the GPU even further. I am expecting at least 30fps maxed with the grahpical mod thanks guys have a nice day .

You'll definitely run it at more than 30 FPS with those specs.

A stock i5 2500k and 560Ti runs IV w/ Icenhancer smoothly, so I don't you'll need to extend your budget just to get a better card for that.
