I'm sorry if there is a topic dedicated to helping people find the names of movies if there is please lock this.
Well I remember watching this as a child a kids fantasy movie; probably shown on Disney channel or Cartoon network. The first scene I remember watching is a kid racing to a library on a bike in the snow, the next parts I can't really remember but he goes into a book and into a fantasy world. I'll post anymore I can remember when I can thank you.
