I did a permanent delete and lost about 3GBs of songs about an hour ago unknowingly. They were new, I need them, is there any way I can get them back?
Please help me.....

yeah, use recuva. and/or brian kato restoration, cgsecurity testdisk/photorec. the important thing is to not download or use youtube or nothng like that -- until you have tried to get the files. once the data is overwritten, it becomes more difficult...

The system restore wont do you any good because the System Restore utility only restores system files and program files data. Your best off going with third-party utilities.

The other option is to run shadow copy, for Win 7 it should be on by default.
Right click on the folder where your music is and go to properties.
Click on the previous version tab, find a older folder and hit restore.
