Also you can over lock you're graphics card too.

You have made it quite apparent that you are, also, a "newbie" on the subject too. The post you made is so vague that it is pretty much useless to anyone who reads it, and you should lose the snobby arrogance.
@JF-Mir2: You should look over some beginner overclocking tutorials before messing around with anything in the BIOS, or using any overclocking tools that seem to do it all for you. It's a good idea to find out what the risks of overclocking are and how to avoid frying your processor first. Going from 2.4ghz to 3ghz might require you to purchase and install an aftermarket cooler on your processor as the stock cooler probably won't be sufficient enough to keep the temperatures within reason, so theres another thing you need to consider.
