I don`t know but, in-game I got called by Sweet that I must go to Ammu-Nation and then to Glen Park. The problem is that I don`t know where the Ammu-Nation is nor where Glen Park is.
With this of Sweet, did I just unlock the mission Doberman?

I got called after OG Loc. Can somebody help me, do I have unlocked Doberman with this call? Because that is my favourite mission. Also, where is the Ammu-Nation?

On your minimap, there will be a gun icon, that's the Ammu-Nation.

If I go to the gun icon I come out at Emmet`s

When you get the call from Sweet you will and "S" in your mini map that is the place where you proceed in the mission. You won't see the gun icon in the map after you answer the call. You have to pass it to unlock the Gun Shops.
Go to the "S" in your radar. Then you will know what to do.

That is exactly the problem. I have done research and this call unlocked Doberman, but still, I don`t see a S anywhere on the map...

Go to your pause menu and select MAP, in it you will see in the bottom some sort of an advanved legend. Press RSHIFT or LSHIFT to view location. A small sub-menu will appear where you will see things like

GANG TERRITORY ON
LOCATIONS ON blah blah etc...

Make sure all of them are on.

I have found the Ammu-Nation but I can`t get inside. I am going to do some missions and I hope Sweet calls me again, and that I can get inside the Ammu-Nation...

Well, this sounds odd. Do you have any mods installed? Where have you got the game from? Try removing the gta_sa.set file located in the San Andreas User Files.

Sweet will only call that once.
You don't have to enter the Store or buy anything.
You can continue on to Glen Park after entering the Sweet Marker.
You can pick up Free weapons and body armou by just EXPLORING the map, roof tops, inside buildings/car parks, behind walls/hedges, in alleys, under bridges, et cetra.
Save your money for when you must buy things.
