Can't log into GFWL

I haven't had any issues with logging into GFWL until today. I can't log into the desktop client (or whatever it is) or in game. I've tried multiple accounts and making new accounts but I still get the same error:

I've forwarded the right ports, turned off all firewalls, everything I can think of to no avail.

Help with this headache would be appreciated.
