Why dont they re-release GTA 3 for the 3DS?
It would control good, And the graphics could be really good aswell

I highly doubt that it will happen but it would have been cool. But If we see a new handheld GTA or a re-release it will probably be for the Playstation Vita I guess.

Now that I think of it, it is a bad idea. Why? Because we all know that Rockstar has that f*ckin' ill idea of 'fixing' the games next time they are ported to a different console. I just fear they could ruin the already ruined game even more.

I never would have thought that the iOS version of GTA III will be such a downfall...

Well, not necessarily worse, but far from a good game.

GTA Advance was TERRIBLE. I'm sure they could've done a way better job but I think they were in a race against time to get the game out quick enough to make some cash of it.

GTA Chinatown Wars was also terrible on the DS version. I've played it on PSP and also have it on DS and iPad. The PSP version and iPad version were 10 times better regarding the graphics.

GTA Advance was never meant to be a high-quality game, I'll tell you. It was meant to be what it was meant to be. But I have to agree, they could have at least done it like GTA2 - and the latter has far better graphics.

GTA CTW - well, I never played it, so it's upon you to judge. But PSP can handle more serious graphics than DS, so I guess it is obvious than the DS version will always be worse.

If they do release it, I pray they don't change anything. Even improving graphics didn't work out well on Xbox, you know?

Just because Chinatown wars had sh*tty graphics on the DS doesnt mean it would be like that on the 3DS After all the 3DS is more powerful than a PS2, So if the ps2's could handle GTA then the 3ds could handle it easily

You have to realise that being a powerful console doesn't mean the games will have good graphics. Despite the console's characteristics, stupid Rockstar developers can turn a perfect game into bullsh*t - was already proven on Xbox and iOS.

So I pray they do not change anything and do anything stupid when porting to 3DS, whould they ever do that.

The atmosphere, the colors, the sounds, the models, that feel - it was all gone...

You probably never played the original yourself - otherwise you'd not say that. iOS version was like... a GTA III without its soul, if I can say that.

There is nothing wrong with the IOS version.

It had great improvements in both graphics and gameplay.

Arsen just likes the original vibe of the game. It's his personal opinion.

But for me, the XBox version of III and Vice City are the best ones.

I do agree that Xbox version has better graphics and all, but with that, the uniqueness of the Original has been lost.

Once you've played it, there is nothing that will make you think that it is worse than anything else. Instead, you will have that feel that was not present in other versions.

It is most noticeable on GTA III, other games also differ between versions, but not so much.

It is my personal point of view, but maybe Xbox being able to run games with higher graphics than PS2 back in the day was the reason of GTAs' "destruction" when stupid Rockstar developers ported that to Xbox.

Leave the god-damn games alone, for Christ's sake! Why can't they understand?
