anyone else seen this fat guy running through back o beyond? i chased it but dissappeared? its no mod because im not familiar with them

I've never heard of this happening. I have seen Journeys driving through Arco del Oeste and then disappear, though.

I didn't see a fat man, but I saw a bloke driving a Walton towards Shady Cabin at a very high speed; he then went to the brown lake and overturned by the 2 Glendales. He then climbed out and started running around Back'o'Beyond. That was well weird.
