Hmmp...How foolish. You might even be a good player but by limiting yourself with your close mindedness, you are missing the big picture. I play TDM a lot and colony/happiness island don't appear as much as you make it out to be.

There's no point arguing with people claiming that sniping on GTA4 is coward or noobish. Sniping is the hardest thing to do in the GTA4 multiplayer, at least if you use the standard sniper rifle, or the powerful one provided that you don't spam. I played this game competitively on the highest level on PS3 for years until last year and I came across merely a handful of impressive snipers. I came across clans that would snipe the entire game and I have nothing but respect for them because they could defend their half or area of the map just by using the most challenging weapon.

The only explanation as to why you would complain about snipers on GTA4 can be that you don't know how to handle them which to me is an evidence of incapacity. Compared to the sniper rifles on BF and COD, the GTA4 ones are firstly far less effective and secondly they're 10 times harder to use. If you think sniping is easy challenge someone to play you 1vs1 standard weapons, with you only using the sniper rifle. If you're on PS3 let me know, I'll be glad to volunteer.

People are always going to cry about something that they can't handle, such as grenade launchers and snipers. Anyways other than that this has been a very hepful thread in helping me sharpen my GTA 4 sniping skills.

My settings are not Happy with ARs. If I remember, you were cornershooting and taking gay M4s on a map with not much cover for the range advantage, and It was one game.

I love sniping, CnC / sniping bosses has been one of my favourite challenges in the game, especially the bolt action sniper, it's not easy and it's definitely not a pussy move.

You said you wanted Happiness ARs. At the beginning of the first game we did pick up M4s and got 3-4 kills with it, then we swapped it back for the AK47. I didn't cornershoot, that's a lie. We killed you straight up. It may have actually been just one game, I think you rage quit it first, got invited back and rage quit again.

I was a sniper noob back on SAMP and I regret being one. I go on a rooftop or top of a mountain and snipe because I sucked and didn't have the balls to try and beat the better players face to face. They couldn't kill me so I was the noob. So don't say I don't know sh*t about it. Sniping is easy.
