The Elite Combat Operations Military was established in the 1960's as a multi national [unconventional] military organization. It was designed to protect several countries
in times of crisis. Throughout the late 60's and 70's, ECOM recruited an immense amount of soldiers ready for duty. Years went on and a crysis seemed to be far off. ECOM was almost shut down and almost forgot about until the early 2000's, when the United Stated of America where attacked by a terrorist group, destroying two major sky scapers and part of the pentagon. With the U.S. raising their gaurd in case of another attack, ECOM was quickly put into action in multiple cities around various countries in case of further attacks from the terrorist group. Places like San Andreas, Los Santos, and Liberty City where among dozens of places ECOM was deployed. They successfully defended these places for another decade, and it seemed like the threat was almost gone. They were pulling out of many of the cities and redeploying in new locations where needed. Making sure citizens and government officials of multiple nations were kept safe from any further assaults. The mayor of Liberty City was recently informed of a new terrorist threat under the name of [CLASSIFIED INFORMATION] trying to take over L.C. and many other major cities in their name.
ECOM was sent to stop them.











1. Be respectful to every soldier and officer
2. Always listen to a higher ranking officer
3. If you've got a problem, tell one of the Brigadiers
4. Never tell another squad/division what to do unless permitted by a captain or higher ranked officer
5. Secrets are to be kept Secrets
6. Be mature
7. Do not fire unless fired upon first
8. Everybody is a team player, no lone wolf stuff








The Mayor has granted ECOM a part of the city in which they can run and operate in while defending it.
















INFANTRY RANKS:
Infantry are the majority of ECOM. They regularly train and are fighting on the front lines.

Infantry Captain: The infantry captain overlooks his or her regiment of 19. In charge of training infantry sargeants and reporting to the infantry brigadier.

Infantry Sargeants: Infantry sargeants are in charge of his or her squad of 9 and regular training sessions with corporals and fight for ECOM regularly.

Corporals: Corporals are in charge of their fireteam of 4. They are responsible for doing regular training with privates and enter games with thier sargeant.

PFC: Are more experienced privates who undergo specialty training.

Private: Lowest rank of the infantry division. They are lead by their corporals into games and are a crucial part of infantry combat.

Recruits: Recruits are members unassigned to a division. They must pass initiation and basic traing to become part of a division.



STRIKE TEAM
STRIKE TEAM are the troops who embody ECOM's motto, and are sent to fight major battles.

STRIKE Leader: Leader of his or her STRIKE team. In charge of keeping the team in top shape.

STRIKE Trooper: Follow the command of only STRIKE leader and the Supreme Commander and are trained to be the best.


High Council
These are the people in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly inside and outside ECOM

Supreme Commander: The one who controls the entire clan. Makes changes where needed and sustains order within ECOM.

Commander: The Supreme Commander's right hand man. He takes over when the SP is gone.

Brigadiers[Foreign affairs/infantry/ACE/Training]: Brigadiers lead entire divisions, act as council guards, and make sure we don't have unwanted wars.
