im new 2 the whole modding thing and im trying to mod the san andreas map to vice city's. can any1 help me out

lol yea now im just trying 2 mod the skins and then change the map eventually

I think the best idea is to slow down and not have such adventurous ideas. I created my own billboards using a paint program and it gives me much delight to see them around SA, even though it is only a minor change.

@Michael-Knight1 Hahaha YOU tell him how to write it correctly. I laughed my ass off because you wrote it wrong but he wrote it correctly. If he shall use the word 'Texture' the sentence should be like this: I created my own billboards textures

@GODs1stGIFT I think it would be a good start for you to learn replacing textures on existing map objects. You'll only need TXDworkshop and a photo editing programm (GIMP 2.8). Then you can search for some textures in the internet, maybe edit them with GIMP and replace the old ones with them.
