Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 7, 2012	I want to add real cars with lights underneath, add the speedometer, add flashlights and lasers to my guns, etc. I just want to be able to add stuff, but I don't know how to. Can someone please explain to me what programs I need and what steps I have to take to add everything I want (the more detailed, the better) THANKS!!!!!

I'm risky with the visky Group: Members Joined: Jun 20, 2011	Download Car Packs or download cars one by one of your choice and better get SparIV or OpenIV for installing vehicle mods,sound mods,ped or player mods and for script mods get the scriphook and .net scripthook and tell me what version you have?
