How Can i Convert Driver SF cars to IV?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 29, 2012	Hi friends. I want to convert cars from Driver San Fransisco. But i can't open "dngvehicles.sp" file. "File directory: Driver San Fransisco/Install/dngvehicles.sp" Who can help me i need a help. I really want to Convert cars to IV.
