What do you think it is the best ending of the GTA Series.

It is mostly about opinions, because it's about what feelings the people like the most.

For example an ending like GTA SA, where the player feels the accomplishment of finally getting rid of Tenpenny and the traitor bigsmoke, and the ending of GTA IV, which is kinda Melancholic.

I would go for SA and IV Revenge.
I like the way how Tenpenny dies at the heart of Ganton, and how Pegorino dies at Happiness Island, then being shot by an AK-47 at the head.

San Andreas had the best ending. The whole last mission was thrilling and full of action where the two major antagonists also died.

SA ending was the best, it was long, challenging and awesome.

Deal ending in IV and VC ending are two best endings for me.

First one was not only emotionally destroying, but also have two great missions. Shootout in the docks with Phil as a sidekick and killing Dimitri (f*cking Dimitri) on the "Happiness" Island was beautiful.

Ending in Vice was also great. Tommy and Ken dialogue and the music starting playing after it almost make me sad, but also fullfilled with satisfaction at the same time.

Really had to think hard about which to choose. It's between San Andreas and Vice City for me but I went with VC because it was simply beautiful. From the beautiful background music and the sunny sight by the door of Tommy's mansion to him telling Ken that this could be a great business relation between them with the enemies gone. It feels kind of sad too because of the fact it's simply Tommy there.

I could have as easily gone with SA because with Carl, it actually felt like he had some people around him. Tommy's empire feels kinda empty because he doesn't have many close friends whereas Carl's business includes friends from all over the state for all kinds of businesses.

I loved the end of 4 when Niko has to go after Pegorino, and gets Dimitri in the ship. Awesome!! I love how Niko takes on Dimitri on the ship! Nice camera angle on Niko.

Oh!! I love that too, but still I love GTA SA's ending

IV's ending was the best because it was so intense and Niko being so pissed off

GTa IV by far.

I enjoyed every title, but IV takes the crown.
I didn't like these too happy endings like in Vice or San Andreas.

GTA 3.The others are good too,but it felt good for me to finally put an end to all of that.I mean Claude went through the whole Liberty City,double-crossed almost every gang just for on objective.To kill Catalina.

The Lost and Damned by far. From a storyline perspective it was fantastic. The last scene [spoiler[where Johnny and those who remain alive torch the Clubhouse[/spoiler] you get that feeling... the feeling that you're torching your past. All the years spent with friends are now over. It shows the stages of life and how each one ends. I swear to God that ending nearly made me cry.

I'd have to say that TLAD had a very good ending. It was sad and quite depressing as well, but the way the clubhouse was torched was very symbolic after all that the gang had been through in the game. Sometimes the best endings are the sad ones because of the realism they portray, as well as the emotion. I'd say this was the case with TLAD.

SA didn't have a great ending. It was too predictable. Kill both major antagonists and control the city with the good guys pulling through. What's gripping or interesting about that?

GTA:SA all day.

Reason- CJ has had to deal with tenpenneys sh)t for too long, as for BS, don't think CJ was ever expecting that whole incident.

Sanandreas and The ending was sad in my opinion. Being a long game you think: "Its finally over" and also you think: I just killed big smoke. I thought he was my homie.


But if i had to pick out of other games like it,

1. mafia 2. Mafia 2 had a awesome ending, and it was sad and left alot of questions.

2. Saints row 2 because after playing for so long and taking over the city you think its finally over, and then shaundi asks what we should do next and the protagonist says it himself: "this is are city, we do whatever the f*ck we want to"

I too felt that. I felt sorry for Big Smoke but I din't for Ryder.

Vice City for me. A brilliant, though still a little bittersweet, climax, what with Lance and all.
I like IV, but either ending feels sorta anticlimactic. TLaD's ending in itself was alright, but it lacked a bit of build-up leading up to it. TBoGT - Good, but I nevere realy cared about Luis or Tony. SA... meh, never really cared much for the ending, a bit long and repetetive. I also felt it was incredibly corny to have Tenpenny crash right in the middle of Grove Street, of all places, not to mention the 'he's not worth it' line.

GTA SA did have a great ending but I voted for GTA VC because of the whole scarface type scene especially the twist when you find out that Lance Vance betrayed you which was never done in any other GTA games.

GTA SA had a very effective ending with the whole "right back to where you started" theme as well as GTA VC that had the "let's finish this once and for all" theme. I should say GTA SA and GTA VC had the best endings in the whole GTA series.
