I'm a newbee in GTA4. There are intersections in S.Bohan with red-green lights plus an octagonal red stop sign.
Is this a screw-up or do they exist in real-life and , if so, what are rules?

Probably a screw up, also f*cked up in Star Junction with arrows on the road sayin the road is two ways even though it's only one way.

I had a thought. Did RS use something like google earth? Maybe electric stops had been recently added and they hadn't got to removing octo stop sign. (Just a little trivia, perhaps).
