The title says it all, what was the most memorable thing you've done in the game?

For me it was when I first got the game for my PS3 in 2009, within a few hours of playing (most of this was just me driving and testing the new physics system) I found out about the hospital and how it was open so I started a rampage and tried escaping on my trusty motorbike (I think it was a Sanchez) only to find the police cars were a lot more advanced this time round and I ended up being chased for a good half an hour by the cops until I said f*ck it and gave up…

This is my most memorable moment because in previous GTA's I always found the cops to be stupid and easy to get away from… I was so glad that they finally made them sort of smart… now they seem just as stupid as in San Andreas! But this still doesn't stop me loving the game anyway inlove.gif

You only bought in 2009 ?? I bought the game on release date, for the first 4 months of 2008 that was all i could think about!!

Anyway I've copied and pasted something from the V section posted a while ago. My most memorable moments in GTA IV were:

The Three Leaf Clover mission, exploring the streets of Broker for the first time, The strip club shoot-out in Bohan, The fake gay date hitman mission, The Jamaican Heat mission (the first time I used the Glock 9mm), the McCreary funeral shoot-out with the Albanians, and making a choice between killing Dwayne or Playboy X. Also, the Bahama Mama nightclub mission in TBOGT, that was crazy and mad fun!

One really memorable moment from IV,for me, was when Michelle turned out to be a cop and took the drugs during that mission That really surprised me. I didn't see it coming, and it went down as a really memorable moment for me.But on my second play through,by listening to the things she said,it became fairly obvious that she was a cop.

Prior to playing IV for the first time I knew nothing about it apart from the storyline.

My most memorable moment? playing it for the first time, just walking down those stairs at Romans apartment and walking outside, taking in the environment surrounding me and just walking around for a while.

The first times I played it was on a old computer that run it at 15-20 FPS at lowest settings. It was kinda frustrating but I still beated it in that framerate... That's a problem of the past now, but It was probably me and my friend trying out the game after we both completed the first mission we went to multiplayer and tried out the new mechanics in the airport because the game didn't have lag (30 FPS) there...

The first time I got a hold of a helicopter and got on top of some bigass building (and I unfortunately crashed the helicopter while landing) while the cops were chasing me, I didn't know what to do, so after Roman called me to go bowling I've thrown myself off the building and killed myself and also the last mission killing Jimmy Pegorino.

For me, it was like the 4th day I played the game and was curious to see Algonquin so I took an FIB Buffalo(At the time I saw a civilian Buffalo and wanted to find it, little did I know that R* left it out for TBoGT) and I couldn't get pass the barricades so I sneaked pass the cops on the bridge by driving on the walkway below, and I remember being chased by cops all around Algonquin. I was so amazed by how everything looked. I never really saw any GTA 4 trailers or screens before I decided to play the game so this was all a shock to me.

I ended up dying because the cops shot me to death.

For me it was the grahics and scenery when the game first started. My most memorable moment was finding out that Michele was a cop. I didn't see that coming but looking back the red flags were obviousely there.

Listening to Jacob and Badman talk for the first time. I couldn't understand anything they said...especially Badman! Also finally coming face to face with Darko Brevich(spelling), and having to decide weather to take the Deal or Revenge I remember pausing the game for what seemed like forever trying to decide! lol

Other than that some of the missions stood out for me. Three Leaf Clover was a blast and of course both endings was quite good.

The irony is even though GTA IV is regarded as a serious game the guy getting whipped saying "Daddy's back you bitches" has to be the most humouress opening to any GTA. lol.gif

It's the first thing we see and hear.

i don't think the change will be that impressive . i think what's gonna really be improved by the devs it's the map size . but i think on the game itself it won't be much farer from IV
