So I'm making a movie in Left 4 Theft but the soldiers there only spawn in bases.. When i get someone to follow me he just disappears. So I'm just thinking is there a mod for like spawning a certain NPC. So i can make a video with someone not spawning again after 2min.

In Your haste to post You must have missed the Bottom Main Menu choice for MODDING. And obviously the Banner lettering:
Modding questions belong in THE MODDING FORUMS!
Where You click on the underlined words. That’s where You can find Players who ARE dedicated Modders, they are more likely to give You some assistance!
Be careful to post in the correct forum topic, as they can get persnickety about that.
