So, I bought the GTA IV EFLC game at the shop, and it's original not pirate. I created Xbox Live account and Rockstar Social Club account. When I installed the game it works fine, singleplayer works but multiplayer doesn't. I don't know why cause it's says Join Live so I created a local profile then I pressed on the Join Live button and then it says that you need to login with hotmail, well I logged in and it says ''downloading profile'' I waited and the a pop out window showed and says ''Update has been found are you want to update now?'' I presses ''yes'' then it said ''you need to leave the game to continue update'' I left the game and then on my desktop screen showed a update window I waited and it's gone. I thought it's finished and it was. Then I launched the GTA IV EFLC and my local profile gone and it's says again you need to Join Live if you want to play Multiplayer have friends and more...

And by the way can you people tell me how to add a game what you have on Rockstar Social Club?

If the automatic GFWL update failed, use this http://www.rockstargames.com/support/IV/PC/GFWLupdate/
Also, at some point you need to link your GFWL and RGSC profiles.

Are you sure this will work? And won't mess up my game? Cause I downloaded it before and it messed up my game so I needed to delete it. And why did you post a link with a GTA IV? I need GTA IV EFLC update. Or it's the same?

I have no idea about what you're doing there, GFWL is required for this game to even run.
