Whenever I feel tired. Usually around 23:30/0:00 on school nights. And more like 1:00 on weekends.

I remember when going to bed at 10:00pm used to be cool.

Well, I usually try to go to sleep at around 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM during Summer.
Sometimes around 2:00 AM or so, if I'm watching television. But that's mostly during the weekends.
I try to wake up at 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM during the Summer time.
When I'm working, I usually try to go to sleep at around 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM and woke up at around 6:00 AM or so.

I used to go to bed at 11:30pm on School nights, just couldn't get up the next day. So I reduced the time to about 11pm or around 10:50pm.

For weekends and holidays it's about, 11:30pm or just when ever..

2:30am - 3:30am. Sleep is something my body resists. I'd rather stay up 24 hours and then sleep 10 hours but society doesn't work that way when you have a job.

I'm about to go to bed because I got to work at 10. Last night (actually earlier today) I went to bed at 4am and went to work at 10am. Why? Because I got off of work at 3.

Otherwise it's generally around 12.

It's probably screwing me over, but I've been falling asleep around 5-6 and can wake up whenever I need to, usually a couple hours from when I fall asleep. Luckily masturbation puts me to sleep quickly so I can usually catch a six hour nap in the afternoon.

It still is! You get to wake up in a great mood and maintain a nice schedule if you're careful.
