Hey, so I have GTA IV with the patch 1070. Then I downloaded the ENB Series for this patch:

Now I get really low FPS and my Resource Usage looks like this: 345 / 58!!!!! I usually have 1780 there or something. Thats the reason why I have the bad FPS but what can I do about it? Even turned everything off in the enbseries.ini.

My PC:

i7 @ 2GHZ
8 GB Ram
and the NVidia GT540M with 2GB

So I know it is a mobile graphics card, you dont need to tell me that. And I dont think thats the problem?!

yes,absollutly, because enb series and icenhancer mods(graphic mods) is only recommended for high computer specs (for HD screens and 8 GB RAM or more)
the only recommendation is to delete enb mod if your computer does not perform this computes specs.

believe me, i have also the 1.0.7.0 patch and i tried to install both of those mods and they dont work both my FPS are sh*t when i run this mod so i deleted it and its all right. im waiting for my birthday to buy a HD screen and until then i have a 1280x1024 res on the computer but i use 800x600 in game to prevent a dramatical decrease of my FPS.

actually i have a good processor
4GB RAM
INTELCORE ¡5 (bearly new)
NvidiaGEFORCE 301.42
(enougth to run enb or icenhancer

but my res is a bullsh*t.

I Have the same problem, i have the 1.0.7.0 patch and an enb which is made for it. but my resource usage is like 202/58!
i have a hd screen with resoloution of 1280x720. Why does the enb do this??

Wow, it's almost as if enb uses your computers resources. That's amazing and totally not predicable...
