GTA IV error when starting up

Crackhead Group: Members Joined: May 27, 2012	So when I try to launch GTA IV I keep getting an error that says "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: DFA did not initialize properly. Please make sure you are using LaunchGTAIV.exe to launch the game". I tried reinstalling the game, I tried running it as an administrator. My graphics card is powerful enough. So what do I do to make it work?
