-BOSS-
The leader of NIM, the Boss calls the shots and is the ultimate decider in business deals. The Boss rank is the most challenging and elite status in the mob.

-UNDERBOSS-
The second-in-command of NIM, the Underboss calls the minor shots when the Boss isn't around. The Underboss can become the Boss under these circumstances:
-The Boss going on medical leave.
-The Boss getting incarcerated.
-The Boss dying.
-The Boss leaving NIM.
-The Boss stepping down his position.

-SENIOR ENFORCER-
The personal hitman for the Boss, the Senior Enforcer does orders from the Boss and from the Boss only. The Senior Enforcer is only a regular soldier under one of the three Captains.

-CAPTAIN-
The leading officers in the battlefield, the Captain leads the soldiers, associates, and enforcers assigned to that Captain. There are three Captains and three Soldiers under each Captain.

-SOLDIER-
The fighter of the battles, the Soldier is the person who gets the minor things done like battles againsts rivals and completing hits. There are nine soldiers total and is the first rank after being officially accepted into the family.

-ASSOCIATE-
The beginners, the rookies; the Associates are the newcomers who are not offically in the family. Associates get however the same treatment and respect as if they were a Soldier.

-ENFORCER-
A beginner to the ranks, the Enforcer is really nothing more than a low-ranking associate. Like the Associate rank, the Enforcer gets the same treatment and respect as a Soldier.

-BUSINESS ASSOCIATE-
A great connection for the mob, the Business Associate is someone who is not in the mob but does work commonly for the mob. A Business Associate can be in another family or can often not be part of one.



-Respect all higher ranked members.
-Complete a job assigned to you.
-Do what your captain tells you to do.
-Don't joke during a serious situation.
-Breaking of these rules will result in the following consequences.
1. Getting suspended from the mob.
2. Getting thrown out.
3. Being watched over by a fellow member.
4. Getting de-ranked.

-LOCATIONS OF INTEREST-

-BOHAN-
In the Northeast corner of Liberty City, Bohan is the main center of our operations. Our HQ is the Triangle Club in Industrial, Bohan. Our main operations include drug dealing and prostitution. In recent years we expanded, and got better connections than ever with the local gangs. Those who test our power for our control in Bohan, get f*cked up.

-COLONY ISLAND-
Down towards the Southern Humbolt, Colony Island is a minor piece of turf avenged from the Italians who stole it from us nearly a decade previous. We mainly use the warehouse on the northern part of the island to import super-notes from North Korea, giving a big income to sell them for genuine currency.

-NORTHWOOD/NORTH HOLLAND/EAST HOLLAND-
Across the Humbolt, Northwood/North Holland/ East Holland is our secondary source of income after Bohan. The three neighborhoods in north Algonquin consist of wide spread amount of drugs, alcohol and prostitution operating under the power of the North Irish Mob. The Northwood projects give a great amount of income for the mob through drug dealing with the Northwood Hustlers.

-PURGATORY
In central Algonquin, Purgatory gives a small minor income in the recent years to NIM, lower than it was a half-a-decade ago. Its Irish Pub, Lucky Wrinkles is a prominent example in the mob's influence of the area.

-STEINWAY-
In northwest Dukes, Steinway gives a minor, but well earned income from well known tourist location, The Steinway Beer Gardens.

-WESTDYKE/LEFTWOOD-
Across the West River, Westdyke/Leftwood serves as a central point for secondary operations such as hits and kidnapping. There are several safehouses in Westdyke/Leftwood to the mobs disposal.

Exactly, and when tere'd turf taing, it's the usual areas, the Mafia house, McReary home, ect. ect. To everyone who is arguing over turf or territory there is no reason to fight over it. I mean that is why everyone hates everyone on GTA IV.
