GTA IV Press Play nothing happens.

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 30, 2012	Hi, I just bought GTA IV on steam, let it download overnight, wake up and press " Play " On steam, all goes well then I have to register a social club account, once I do and enter my information and press " Play " Nothing happens. It just closes and nothing at all happens? Are the servers down or something? I've tried updating my adobe, graphics card and everything. Looked for online solutions also. Thanks in advance.
