I am having some texture loading problems with gta 4, the mods i have are trafficload, ENB series and custom cars, and just wanted to know if my computer is the cause of this texture loading problem or the mods are causing this to happen

sh*t computer specs
CPU: pentium dual core 2.50GHz
RAM: 2.00GB
Graphics card: NVIDIA GT 240 512mb

Thanks

I think it's a little bit of both.
Your computer isn't powerful enough to handle the game with all of the mods. Try taking TrafficLoad out, it may make your textures load faster.

Try this traffic fix instead: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/chikamru-real-traffic-f14716
It doesn't offer as much of a diverse amount of cars, but it should be easier on your system.

Try the Trafficfix from above .
To get a better solution try the Cache Boost Tool. That improves the Memory Management and you will get far less texture reloading problems.
