I loved Undead Nightmare but using zombies again would be overusing,so maybe something little different.Infamous 2 got Vampire DLC,so maybe GTA V could get werewolves DLC,or something like movie 'They Live' where protagonist finds special sunglasses and realise that Earth has been taken over by ugly Aliens.Maybe made them lizard like,to parody conspiracy theories about Lizard people.

I agree that zombies are being overused but I still think it would be fun. If not zombies then maybe aliens or dinosaurs! Dinosaurs would be cool! Flying around Los Santos in a jet shooting down Pterodactyls or in a fast car chasing after/escaping from a T Rex. If you say that you won't enjoy that then there is something wrong with you.

The problem is that there is no Zombie game with the gameplay of GTA. Hence why it would be cool in GTA. RDR is one example of this, but it would be much better in a modern setting.. GTA.

It really depends how they do it. Undead in a GTA quality city/open world would be amazing (since most zombie modes in games are linear(Resident Evil), or small maps(l4d/l4d2)

it would be nice to have a modern day open world game with zombies.

How about where a scientist finds the cure to cancer, but it turns out it was actually a dealdly pathogen, and the main protagonist was contacted to help fund the project to find a cure for the pathogen, so now you have to collect an untold amount of money within, oh say, one month in-game time.

Once again, I will explain this.

As much as I love zombie movies and games, and wish there would be an official zombie mode/cheat for Grand Theft Auto because of it's modern open-world settings, and features - it's not happening. Undead Nightmare was a sort of homage to Red Dead Revolver. Revolver was originally by Capcom and going to have a Zombie-Western theme, but then Rockstar took over and made it into a normal linear western game. Several years later, Rockstar comes out with the spiritual sequel Red Dead Redemption. A while after that they come out with a DLC that turns the entire game into a Zombie-Western. It's obvious they did this because of what Revolver was originally going to be. I just don't see Rockstar doing the same thing with Grand Theft Auto sadly.

If done well, I actually think it could be quite good. It has to be done properly though. It shouldn't just be like some mindless zombie thriller where we shoot zombie after zombie. It should be one that is like an interesting survival story and is well thought out. It's something that I think R* are capable of doing. I was sceptical when I heard about RDR Undead Nightmare, but it actually turned out to be quite impressive in the end.

Zombie games and programmes can actually be very interesting. The problem is that they're often poorly done, and many games just turn them into mindless thrillers where you shoot wave after wave of zombies, which is quite predictable and boring in my opinion. There's actually a lot more that can be done with the formula.
