Can you imagine if the weather in Vice City turns nasty and large hail falls breaking windows and hitting peds, or how about a lightning storm that strikes people like in real life, of course you would have to shelter somewhere to keep yourself from getting killed......cool.

i think it would be awsome to have seasons. snow in the winter(well, not in miami, but in liberty) and big t-storms in the spring and overheating of cars on the summer!!!!

I really like the seasons idea, but you have to take shelter? Come on.  When I'm out murdering old ladies, why would I give a f*ck about lightning that won't hit me? Ha Ha.  
But the only thing that I really want is gas tanks that you have to fill.  Maybe there could be an option in the menu that turns that on or off, I don't know.
