Im trying to login to Social Club on PC since hour but I cant, in last weeks I needed few attempts to do it but now it seems impossible, it says Social Club login failed. Please try again. Anyone has this problem too?

This belongs in the Troubleshooting forum. The only thing you can do is to wait, it'll work again some time later.

Open up Games for Windows Marketplace (Start > Games >) and log into that first, then try Social Club. That sometimes works for me.

EDIT: It does seem to be off completely today. Nor me or any of my mates can play.

i thought it might of been IE9 ,so i uninstalled it ,still no luck...Just amazing how Rockstar simply dont bother with it anymore as its all for MP3 now ...Kinda BS so im doing missions now. Oh lets not forget some ppl can play online & others cant like us . such fail ... why dont they just delete Socail club altogether ...Simple realy then log in with LIVE .I so dont get why we Must use a system that fails ,over the last 2 years of playing this online it still fails to log in...Any way HORRAY FOR MP3 pfft ...

Some of my friends were able to login after 100 attempts or those who use crack or deleted paul.dll

Works fine for me, and I am using IE9, so IE 9 is NOT the problem, that's just an excuse/bad assumption, as How can an internet browser interfere with a game in the first place-that doesn't make sense?

Are you absolutely sure you are entering the username and password just right-ie. Caps Lock not on, etc....I know if Caps lock is on, it can cause passwords to not be recognized...Also, it might have been down for maintenance, as you posted this at 8am, and if you have been at it for an hour, that would have meant you were trying it at 7am and a lot of sites do their updates in the early morning time...? Here is your original post time for proof of how early you were trying:
