When I have modded cars only my car appear other cars don't appear but the only modded car I am driving why? Any fix for that?

It sounds like you have the dreaded taxi bug. There are many fixes for it called traffic fixes.
Here's two that I found to be the best:
http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/trafficload-f9780 - This one takes a very powerful computer to run and has been known to cause texture problems.
http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/misc-mods/14716 - This one is a lot easier on your system.

Thanks I well try later when I can. Also why do people call it taxi bug? I never got that before but now I do but it's not taxi that is bugged its a car mod bug or something . Thanks again I will try back and comment when I can .

It's just called the taxi bug because when you have too many car mods in the game, only taxis spawn. Along with a few other cars.

i almost finished tweaking my popcycle , i finished my cargrp tweaking too and have all my cars modded . and i have 2 types of different cars at the same time and very few taxi . without using a traffic script i thing that is not that bad , i mean it's playable , smooth and after few moments the cars types change normally . i took lot of attention to install low size car mods only . there are wonderful mods out there but above 4 Mo it does not have its place in my game
