T.I.P Mod v2 not working.

I CAN f*ck YO MAMA Group: Members Joined: Nov 11, 2011	I have The T.I.P. mod v2 final version.I made my gta3.img file larger than 1 GB,i installed everything correctly,even the cleo files,but every time i start a new game or load a t.i.p. mod savegame. it always just gives me a black screen. I updated my graphics card,used 3d analyzer and started a new game, it showed the text at the beginning of the game then it freezes. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
