I have GTA IV with patch 1.0.7.0 and a few mods, this is what I have:

Trainer

few cars installed

and traffic load

ENB series

the game just freezers and says gta 4 has stopped working

Any Help

This should have been posted in the IV Other. The only advice we can give you in the Troubleshooting is to uninstall all the mods / trainers you have and see if it works after that. Usually such mods mess up the game, you can never trust them.

Post your system specs! With such less details nobody is able to help you, could be anything.
