When I fire a rocket at a bicycle, Carl catches fire instantly. Also when he is on fire I can't aim the sniper rifle or the rocket launcher.
Has it happened to anyone else? I want to find out whether these glitches are known.

Do the Firefighter missions and you'll be able to fire weapons even while you're being on fire. This way Carl won't lose health and / or armor. I don't think it's a glitch.

I've already done the Firefighter missions and it still happens. When CJ is on fire and I aim the sniper rifle, Carl seems to look through the scope, and if I press LMB he will fire, but I can't aim freely. Although, I can use the other weapons(except for the rocket launchers) as usual while on fire, regardless of whether I've completed the Firefighter missions or not.

Umm, sounds like a Troubleshooting problem. Have you tried removing the gta_sa.set file located at C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files? Where have you got the game from? Do you have any mods installed?

No, I haven't deleted that file. I have no mods.

Try deleting that file. And I don't think you can aim freely with the Sniper Rifle. Only if you use the target option. (press right mouse button and fire)

He's right I tried it. When CJ is afire he can't use either the Missile Launchers, nor the Sniper-Rifle.
So it must be programmed, not a glitch. It's a penalty for being in a fire.

That's exactly what I meant when I said "aim freely".
Anyway, as I said in the first post, there is also the glitch that causes Carl to catch fire upon shooting a rocket at a bicycle. This is certainly a glitch. Does anyone else have it?

It's an interesting point, i know if i was on fire, i would be more concerned with putting myself out than firing a weapon

A glitch (bug) is something that goes wrong on occasion. This bursting on fire when shooting a bicycle is programmed as it happens every time. So I wouldn't call it a glitch (bug).
