I was just playing GTA 4 on Xbox 360 and decided to check whats the max players on pc, because on xbox was 16. So as soon as i found out that on pc its 32, i went and bought GTA 4 and GTA ELC from Steam, but everytime i want to play there are only 1-2 people in the lobby. Am i doing something wrong? How can i join big sessions with 32 people?

Just, wait until people join, or get a big enough friends list.

Trust me, you don't want 32 players. It's laggy as hell, and It'll be near unable to get people's attention and they'll just spawn rape each other.
