We have a GTAForums crew for Max Payne 3 (which will eventually carry over to Grand Theft Auto V) as well as a GTANet crew.

[EDIT] It's obviously not an army with any rank structure. However, the crew leader is meta187, so I guess that means he's like the General or Field Marshal or <insert high rank from the military here>.
