how many vehicle's, and by the word vehicle I am primarily referring to cars do you think the 'gta v' game engine will be able to support on screen and in traffic at once? dish it out.

In the draw distance? Probaly around 250 at max (single player) before they just turn into small lights like in GTAIV, or they just dissappear.

the exact number is uncertain...but i wouldn't hope for anything more than GTAIV could handle...

this disappoints me. I would like to see thick traffic and maybe even complete traffic stand stills, settling is hard. sad.gif

Depends, I wouldn't say more than 50-75 on a console but probably a lot more on a high end PC.

this sounds pretty good if they could keep the traffic condensded around the location of the player tightly. but are you telling me that the proformance of the console or device i play gta on could produce fluctuation's in the gameplay like that?

No because there are mods that enable more traffic at the expense of performance if the computer isn't strong enough in a way.

It's difficult to say. It all depends on how much of the vehicle the computer has to render, which is determined by how close it is to the camera.
