Cuz It has improvement from both of GTA IV and EFLC(cars,textures,graphics,sounds,loading screens...)

Is this the guy who tried to port IV stuff to SA before?

Name is kinda weird. Couldn't tell if it was a mod for IV SA or what. But I'd be more interested if the LC map was done.

Yes I'm talking about Heron1911. He was the one who retextured SA to look like IV and had the IV cars converted.

Vans was converting the actual Liberty City to SA.
