 slow motion issue

Hello Everyone,
I have been having this issue where if I get in a car and start driving wile i'm driving i'll be getting like 30 fps then suddenly (wile fps still 30) everything seams to be slightly slow motion witch is annoying mad.gif . I have only been having this issue since I upgraded my CPU to an Intel I5. All help with this issue will be thanked.


System Specs tounge.gif
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 5770 sapphire (1 GB 128-bit GDDR5)
RAM: 8 GB (DDR3)

Pretty much but I don't slow down that much that's real slow motion lol. but yea pretty much like that.

The stronger cpu puts more strain on the graphics card. You may need to turn down your settings or buy a better card.

I lowered my video settings and that fixed it the thing that made the most difference is when I turned v-sync off but thanks for the tip colgate.gif . Next mission save up money for better video card! nervous.gif
