The Legislature isn't doing what He wants so he's using the 'Presidental Orders' to write his own laws.

Even Mr. Nixon didn't stretch things that far.
So will Congress slap his wrist or bow to a new world Dictator?

The president can pretty much do whatever he wants. Congress has been delegating more and more power to the executive branch for centuries. The role of the presidency (as explained by the constitution) is incredibly vague aside from some very specific functions, and the framers mostly did that on purpose to give the executive branch more prerogative so they could act quickly. If you have a problem with it you can take it up with the founding fathers. Otherwise you might want to complain to Nixon, Reagan, FDR or any of the many dead white men who have expanded the presidency over the years.

I would expect that, as I was taught (of course this was years ago):
The Congress writes and passes the laws.
The (Supreme) Court determines that the laws are compatible with the Constitution.
And finally that the President enforces the law as written by Congress and approved by the Courts.

That a President is making his own laws is not acceptable.
One problem that will be our future is that the inrush of peoples from corrupt governments will lead to more corruption (than there already is) in the U. S. of A. The lack of education on the republican form of Government that is used here further muddies the political rule. People who are used to corrupt rule will expect the same here. And, it seems we are headed back down that road.
I don’t expect the 2nd and 3rd world members to see anything wrong with this.

I have often said that the Freedom of Speech is only as good as the majority of people who will allow it.
Our dyed-in-the-wool Democratic (carved in stone) members are blinded of the situation by having their noses too deep in the cleft of the Parties collective ass. Their need for argumentum ad hominem has always saddened me.

I see you've taken the time to thoroughly dissect the legislation and develop an understanding of its basic principles and mandate. Oh wait, no you haven't, which is why you've entirely sussed the point, grabbed the wrong end of the stick and proceeded to violate yourself with it.
