| QUOTE (lil weasel @ Tuesday, Jun 19 2012, 06:44) | I would expect that, as I was taught (of course this was years ago): The Congress writes and passes the laws. The (Supreme) Court determines that the laws are compatible with the Constitution. And finally that the President enforces the law as written by Congress and approved by the Courts.
That a President is making his own laws is not acceptable. One problem that will be our future is that the inrush of peoples from corrupt governments will lead to more corruption (than there already is) in the U. S. of A. The lack of education on the republican form of Government that is used here further muddies the political rule. People who are used to corrupt rule will expect the same here. And, it seems we are headed back down that road. I don’t expect the 2nd and 3rd world members to see anything wrong with this.
I have often said that the Freedom of Speech is only as good as the majority of people who will allow it. Our dyed-in-the-wool Democratic (carved in stone) members are blinded of the situation by having their noses too deep in the cleft of the Parties collective ass. Their need for argumentum ad hominem has always saddened me. | As long as what's being done is right, does it really matter how it's being done in the first place?

Oh wait, no you haven't, which is why you've entirely sussed the point, grabbed the wrong end of the stick and proceeded to violate yourself with it. In future, it may be wise to actually read legislation you intend to be critical of, lest you continue to make a fool of yourself.

| QUOTE (Boss Greaser @ Tuesday, Jun 19 2012, 02:02) | | everything is going down. Nothing is right. Exactly everything is upside down. Life in the 21st century sucks. No one can help it. Everything will fall. | this post is as stupid as the OP. maybe your world is going down. maybe your life sucks in the 21st century. but this doesn't apply to everyone. I've had a pretty good time being alive so far. good friends, good family, a job that I enjoy, a girlfriend who licks my balls. go spout your emo drivel elsewhere.
