Okay, make a similar logo saying 'S.A. Noire' with the same font color, style etc. But add a lil more effects. Below it, add this "Murderer( correct the spelling if it is wrong) in Yellow Car" by Shiva in different fonts. Do I even need to say about the background? Add some similar crime scene background. It'd be better if you set San Andreas as the BG. So, thats it. Thanks in advance. Please, don't ignore this as this is not for myself but to keep one of the best DYOM designers' best project alive.
