Hey i have bought GTA IV for PC before 4 months but my computer has a huge problem. It can't "read" any cd I insert. Please tell me if you have any other ways of installing the game without the CDs.

If by "any" you mean literally any disk you try, it's time for you to buy a new CD drive, they're rather inexpensive. You can try installing from the network or via some other PC you may have.

hope you're not incitating people here to tell you how to "crack" ?? cause it's strictly forbidden on these forums . try to clean the disk , try disconnecting and reconnecting main hardware(dvd,GC ..) . check if you dvd has the latest firmware
