help with LCPDFR

game crashes

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 16, 2012	so, i just installed LCPDFR. i got Steam version of GTA IV. so, when i first installed it, it crashes after the pictures and moving to gameplay. then i reinstalled framework or whatever it is and it freezes at the beginning.. so then i tried uninstall framework and it dont start AT ALL. so the version of LCPDFR is 0.91. im really very close of uninstalling gta iv.. so much problems with it though my PC is really good. please help me with this one..

Shoot Looters, Hang Pirates! Group: Members Joined: Dec 25, 2006	The San Andreas Forum is for UN-modded game questions, and problems. In Your haste to post You must have missed the Bottom Main Menu choice for MODDING. And obviously the Banner lettering: Modding questions belong in THE MODDING FORUMS! Where You click on the underlined words. That’s where You can find Players who ARE dedicated Modders, they are more likely to give You some assistance! Be careful to post in the correct forum topic, as they can get persnickety about that.
