I've googled a bunch of things, but I keep seeing like... broken or down links, or its not for my version, or it seems really buggy...
(I'm kinda new to all this)

My GTA IV is patch 1.0.7.0

My PC specs...
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU : Intel Core i7 processor 2600, 3.40GHz?
RAM : 8GB DDR3
Video : AMD Radeon HD 6670 2GB

The game runs fine so far, no lag at all with high graphics

Is there any Texture mods, or Road mods (I'd like to make my GTA IV more realistic) that I can use?
I have VisualIV, Simple Native Trainer, LCPDFR, some cop car mods

1. Install Ultimate Graphics Tweak
2. Install Environment Mod
3. Install Better Texture Mod"

Environment mod and the tweak only go up to patch 1.0.4.0 tho right?

You can also download Enb's for your taste(I recommend L3evo's settings) and make your game look more real and download any tree mod if you want the tree look more better.

It'll work. ENB settings don't affect how texture mods work.

Yep, just copy and replace the files. Just make sure that you do a backup of the original files first before replacing them.
