Time Killa™ Group: Zaibatsu Joined: Nov 26, 2009	Normally doing the Pizza boy (health) and Vigilante (armor) will add 50% to your already 100% armor and health. I don't know if that applies for a modded game though.

Vice City Area Group: The Connection Joined: Sep 27, 2003	Getting 100% will get you 200 health and armor. Looking through GTA Garage I found a few mods that could help you... http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=2323 --- Bullets increase your health (when you get shot)-- you can heal a car by shooting it too.. http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=18137 --- Says infinite health-- I believe it locks it at 200
