There'd be a new GTA every 1-2 years, you'd have DLC coming out of your arse hole, DLC for vehicles, clothes, houses, maps, missions, guns, music they'd have an absolute f*cking field day with DLC's, you can bet your life on it, and maybe, just maybe, some big names at R* may have left by now to work on new projects.

It would have been released already or just before Black Ops II's release and therefore rushed and crappy. It would turned into a yearly release with rip-off DLC with weapon and vehicle packs that were cut from release. They would prevent modding on PC and force us to buy from and play the game via Origin. They'd ruin everything GTA stands for and casualise it for sales.

To sum it up, it would be awful.

Every building in the game would have a huge billboard on it with real-life advertising, my guess is you'd see a lot less risqué parodying too to satisfy the shareholders and the companies advertising on the game. Oh and the radio stations would probably have real advertising in it too. It'd basically be an interactive advert. That you pay a lot of money to be in.

EA would ruin the game by spoiling everything to us before we can experience it on our own. Not only that, but they would include that stupid online pass code, and then be ready for a bunch of unwanted DLC that they would take from the original game to sell to us for more money. Thank God Rockstar isn't like that.

IMHO EA destroyed the Need for speed franchise. At one point they were great, now i think they are rubbish. Even Car and driver had praised Need for speed. They destroyed Sim City, They now are rebooting the series. EA would not keep there ideas out of Rockstar. If TTWO is smart, they will never sell Rockstar.

Well, If you ask me.

How would GTA look if EA made it:
- Frostbite Engine
- Licensed Cars
- FPS or Third Person.
- Better Police Pursuits.
- Possibly a New Need for Speed
- (IF ONLY A NFS GAME) Cannot get out of cars.
- Another waste of money.

I might get flamed by this but......

I would love to see a better company than TTWO own R*. Anyone who would buy R* (including EA) knows by now that they would be required to give R* and the Housers
their creative breathing room anyway. They would probably get more capital to work with for their projects resulting in a GTA every 3 years of equal quality. I still don't completely trust EA w/ R*.

*What if Apple bought R*? Wouldn't happen, but R*'s attitude on pouring quality+passion+seemingly too much money into their projects to yield groundbreaking masterpieces at times is very reminiscent of the early Apple business culture. monocle.gif

I Agree with you. Seeing a whole new company make GTA V or any other GTA game would be interesting. Remember though, fanboy's will be crying in a corner saying that there are real cars, real cities, and other retarded sh*t.

I thought NFS: Hot Pursuit was a lot of fun, and that was only released 2 years ago.

NFS: Hot Pursuit 2010 is the best NFS game, I love that game.
Btw, EA didn't made Hot Pursuit 2010, Criterion Games did.

I think the 2010 release was there attempt at a reboot of the series as well, they knew the underground carbon and all that was not what the roots of what need for speed was, I had every need for speed from NFS 1 for dos all the way to NFS Hot pursuit 2, Porsche Unleashed was not that great. Like I said that's my opinion

Well, a reboot or not a reboot, I had lots of fun with Hot Pursuit 2010.
I never got bored with it, graphics looks very nice, cars looks nice too, gameplay is nice and fun.
It doesn't has costumizing but still the best NFS game for me.
