Got an SQL error a few hours back. Pages are taking too long to load since then. I checked my connection. Other sites are working fine. Just thought I should inform.
Faced the problem again for a few minutes. Pages take too long to load and sometimes don't load at all. Other sites of the GTA Network also don't load during such blackouts. My connection is working properly as other sites load correctly.
